My story...
Found a listing on Craigslist or Cars.com and went to check it out at Pacific Auto Fleet. Price was very good as I had been looking for several weeks at that model car. The car was not overpriced (so they could negotiate down) and I went to see it - expecting something to be wrong. Car was in great condition, with a few minor things that Lance promised to fix. One larger issue was detected on the test drive and Lance had it brought to a dealership and got the issue fixed. He was going to fix the issue whether I bought the car or not. I had been to about 2 dozen places before Pacific and they were by far the best.

I was only looking around at used cars. I decided to stop at Pacific Auto Fleet in San Bruno and saw these beautiful clean used cars.
A Subaru caught my eye and Bob Richardson welcomed me and was friendly. He showed me all the features on the car and how the alarm worked and made me feel very comfortable. Also the owner, Mr Lance Matekel, who was very professional, made me feel non-pressured. Felt easy, like buying a new pair of shoes.
I would recommend anyone to purchase a car at Pacific Auto Fleet in San Bruno.

Pacific Auto Fleet: Testimonial
Quality and Friendliness is on top of my list and Pacific Auto Fleet in San Bruno has both.
In August 04, 2008, I purchase a 2002 Saturn for my daughter and mentioned that I would write testimonial on our purchase.
Here it is March 18, 2009 and I'm late on testimonial and about to contact Pacific Auto Fleet again, in hopes to purchase another quality pre-owned car.
On March 31, 2009, we purchase our second car, 2006 Honda Accord with just 26,500 miles.
Quality in a friendly business these days is difficult to find and I would not hesitate in recommending Pacific Auto Fleet in San Bruno for future purchases.

I found this dealership through http://cars.com and spotted a very clean Volvo V70 2.4T on their website. I drove a few hours just to visit this dealer and couldn't have been more pleased with the service. Mike was extremely helpful and took us on an excellent test drive and was one of the most informed car salesmen that I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Not only was he knowledgeable but he was also very low pressure. When we left to look for other Volvo wagons I was hard pressed to find any that had gone through such an extensive maintenance and detailing procedure. Pacific Auto Fleet leaves you with a used car that looks and feels almost brand new. Their selection ranged from coupes to SUV's and trucks. This was THE best car buying experience I've ever had. If I wasn't moving and was going to remain in the Bay Area I would go here for all of my future vehicle purchases. Before you go to any other dealership, give the guys at Pacific Auto Fleet a try, you won't be disappointed.

I purchased my Lexus from Pacific Auto Fleet in July, 2009. I had very specific ideas about my dream car before purchasing it, and the perfect version appeared in an ad on Craigslist one day. I called and made an appointment with the owner, Lance. My husband and I went to P.A.F. the next day. Purchasing a car can be a nerve-wracking experience, but it was not at all that way here. First of all, the price of the car was already great. Lance is very down to earth and easy to talk to. After only an hour or so of talking and a test drive with Dan, I drove away in my dream car. 8 months later I am still loving it and wanted to let others know that Pacific Auto Fleet is a great place to buy a car.

We purchased a 2004 Honda Accord V6 in April that we saw posted on Craigslist. We get to the lot and there it was. We were greeted by their awesome staff. We looked at the car and took it for a test drive. We got back to the lot and we started working on numbers. Lance, made it very easy for us to purchase the car and made sure that the numbers worked and that we left the lot with the Honda. I highly recommend them. They have cars to fit anybody's budget.

Lance is the best - really, he is the best. All of those thoughts you have running thru your head about 'used car salesmen' ignore them, he is more like a friend who is willing to work with you so that you can leave his lot with something you love but at a reasonable price.
I highly reccomend that if you are looking for a car you come to Pacific Auto Fleet and speak with Lance. If he doesn't have something you want on his lot, I'm sure he will be able to help you find it.

I normally do not like going to a car dealer, Driving by the location every day on my way home I happen to notice a truck that looked pretty good. The next day I stopped in but was very hesitant, I was geeted by Lance who happen to be the owner. I had a few questions about the truck which he answerd.
